AGS 2500−3000 HP X is a new line of sprayers designed according to the latest technological standards. These sprayers are distinguished by easy operation, quality workmanship and a wide range of standard equipment.
Featuring remarkable efficiency and excellent quality, the AGS 2500/3000 EN HP sprayer has been upgraded to a completely new X series.
In addition to the circulation regulation system, enabling an even application of spray across the entire field, the remodelled and structurally more advanced sprayer offers single-sided opening of the boom set for extra manoeuvrability and an even better adaptability to field conditions.
The sprayer is controlled entirely from the tractor cab, using an electro-hydraulic manifold and a spraying computer to ensure accurate operation and, above all, the operator’s safety.
The sprayer features a chassis made from high-quality steel to ensure a long service life. The rigid tow-bar provides the option of different tractor hitch systems. The centrifugal mixing pump C 200 with a flow rate of 200 l/min ensures uniform and constant mixing of the spray in the tank.
The mixing pump is connected to the main pump by a V-belt. Mixing is activated only when the PTO drive shaft is engaged.
They are designed to mix the spraying agent and prevent the build-up of chemical residues on the bottom of the tank.
The nozzles are actuated by a directional control valve mounted on the regulator. They are installed in the bottom section of the tank. The mixing nozzles are supplied directly by the C 200 centrifugal pump.
Mounted on a trapezoid mechanism, this is a completely new type of filling tank, featuring easy access. It was designed for efficient preparation of chemical products, which is particularly useful for powdered spraying agents that are not readily soluble.
A mixing nozzle and a container rinsing nozzle are both installed inside the filling tank. The capacity of the tank is 30 l.

The boom set is mounted on a two-point hitch, enabling uniform spray distribution and continuous adjustment of the boom set to the terrain conditions in all movement directions. Rubber springs are installed to ensure lateral shock absorption and optimal response of the boom set to changing terrain conditions.

This system activates automatically when the boom set is closed and is used exclusively for transport. The system thus provides additional safety during transport and prevents damage to the boom set.
Vertical damping provides additional protection against damages to the spray boom set when spraying at high speeds or on uneven terrains.

With a hydraulically actuated towing eye, the sprayer follows the tractor’s track, preventing damage to the crops.
It is controlled from the tractor cab using a two-way valve. The towing eye can be locked during transport.
300/95 R46 wheels are taller and wider than standard wheels (270/95 R44). This enables spraying at greater heights, higher ground clearance and reduces wheel sinking.
On customer's request, the sprayer can be equipped with mudguards.

The suction basket is designed for pumping water from ponds, streams and wells.
Water is pumped into the main tank through the filter, the pump and the regulator. The suction basket is easily attached using the bayonet fitting under the main tank.
We recommend cleaning the exterior of the machine after each spraying. This ensures uninterrupted operation of the machine by removing the residues of the aggressive chemicals.
Cleaning should be performed at the edge of the area that was sprayed. The kit includes a spraying lance and a hose with a connection fitting. The kit is attached to one of the valves mounted on the regulator.
