PRECISE TO THE LAST DROP

Over 50 years of experience

Reliability you already know.

The AGS EN series is the result of decades of experience by Agromehanika in manufacturing agricultural machinery. The AGS 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 EN sprayers are designed for farms and contractors who need greater tank capacity without sacrificing precision, durability and ease of use. Every sprayer can be fully customized – from the choice of spray boom to electronic regulation and automatic boom-height guidance systems.

Capacity to match your farm

600, 800, 1000 or 1200 litres.

AGS EN sprayers are available with four main tank sizes, from 600 to 1200 litres, and also come standard with an additional rinsing tank (up to 131 l) and a separate hand-wash tank (14 l). You can choose a spray boom with a working width of 10 to 18 metres (MRX, MY, MY-H, HLX) depending on the size and type of your fields.

Changing nozzles

With TRI-GET and TRI-JET holders

Triple nozzle holders allow quick switching between different types of nozzles, adapted to the spray agent and field conditions. Nozzle inserts from renowned manufacturers LECHLER, ALBUZ and TEEJET are also available.

Manual or electronic regulation

The choice is yours.

PR3, PR3 ECF and PR3 ECFM pressure regulators range from simple manual to semi-electronic pressure control. With the optional AG-TRONIK electronic regulation, the spray agent is dosed automatically and precisely based on driving speed.

The boom adapts to the terrain on its own

With TOPCON UC7 / NORAC automatic levelling

Ultrasonic sensors measure the boom's distance and tilt in real time and automatically adjust it to the terrain. The result is an even spray height, less damage to the boom, less strain on the driver and the option of faster work – even at night, since the sensors don't need light.

Faster section response

Pneumatic spray activation system.

Instead of conventional section valves, you can opt for pneumatic spray activation, which responds in just 450 ms. The system draws less electrical current, has fewer components, and, combined with ISOBUS, allows any section layout, including "nozzle-by-nozzle" switching.

Need anything else?

Build your sprayer to your own specification.

A wide range of additional equipment is also available: a 30 l filling container for safe tank filling, a valve for rinsing packaging and the filter, remote pressure control, a kit for external tank filling and washing, and a suction basket with a 5-metre suction hose.
