FRAME

A robust frame of the sprayer made from high-quality steel ensures a long service life.

Its structural design ensures a short barycentre distance between the tractor and machine, a well-stirred spraying agent mixture, drainage of the tank and a simple cleaning process. A modern powder coating method provides an effective protection of the frame.

MAIN TANK

Capacities of 400, 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 l are available. Modern design with rounded edges, smooth interior walls and inclined bottom ensures complete drainage and efficient cleaning.

The tank is made from chemically resistant polyethylene. It features a large lid with a strainer mounted at the top of the tank to facilitate filling operations. The tank includes an engraved litre scale for easier reading of the quantity of the chemical agent.


RINSING TANK

It is intended for rinsing the main tank and other elements when spraying is finished or interrupted.

The rinsing tank is integrated in the main tank. It can only be filled with clean water. Capacity

60−127.5 l.

HAND-WASH TANK

It is designed for washing your hands after handling spraying agents.

The hand-wash tank is incorporated in the main tank. It can only be filled with clean water. The capacity of the tank is 13.7–15 l. 

FULLY HYDRAULIC BOOM SET 15 HLX

Fully hydraulic boom set with a working width of 15 m offers reliable and efficient operation at normal working speeds. The operator is able to control the lift, terrain following and opening of the boom set from the tractor cab. The boom set can be opened partially on one side or simultaneously on both sides.

The boom set is hydraulically operated and controlled from the control panel. The control panel is used to control lifting, levelling and individual opening and closing of the left or right boom, as well as simultaneous opening of both booms.

  • Hydraulic opening and closing of the spray boom set  

It allows individual opening and closing of the left or the right boom. The spray boom set features a safety system to prevent the arms from opening or closing when in working position. The operating speed of hydraulic cylinders is adjustable.

  • Hydraulic lift system 

Hydraulic lift system consists of a single-acting hydraulic cylinder. An integrated safety system prevents the spray boom set from suddenly dropping in the event of hose breakage. The operating speed of the hydraulic cylinder is adjustable.

  • Hydraulic levelling or terrain following 

Hydraulic levelling can have a significant impact on even distribution of spray to the surface and, as a result, on the spraying quality. This system is highly recommended for uneven or inclined surfaces as it allows for adjustment of the spray boom set to certain terrain inclinations. The operating speed of the hydraulic cylinder is adjustable.

  • Automatic mechanical lock 

This boom set is distinguished by an automatic lock that activates on closing. The lock helps prevent damage to the boom set during transport.

  • Transport guards 

The boom set includes mechanical guards, preventing uncontrolled opening of side arms in the transport position. Transport guards improve the overall manoeuvrability of the sprayer and thus enable higher transport speeds.

  • Nozzle protection 

The boom arms are designed to protect the nozzles from potential damages (impact with the ground or an unexpected obstacle).

  • Safety arm and spring sliders 

If the sprayer encounters an obstacle, the rear arm moves away and then automatically returns to the original position. The spring sliders prevent the boom set from hitting the ground if the sprayer undergoes sudden movements.

The boom set can be opened and closed simply and quickly. During operation, the boom set is stabilised by a wire rope with adjustable tension.

  • Mechanical locks

MRX spray boom sets feature two mechanical locks: four-point trapezoid hitch lock, unintentional boom set opening lock. 

  • Nozzle protection

The boom arms are designed to protect the nozzles from potential damages (impact with the ground or an unexpected obstacle).

  • Safety arm

If the sprayer encounters an obstacle, the rear arm moves away and then automatically returns to the original position. Optionally, spring sliders that prevent the boom set from hitting the ground during violent motion can be ordered.

This range of sprayers is equipped with Agromehanika BM 65/30, BM 105/20 and BM 150/20 pumps. Diaphragm pumps Agromehanika BM are suitable for pumping spraying agents and liquid fertilizers. MIXING NOZZLE

It mixes the spraying agent and prevents the build-up of chemical residues on the bottom of the tank.

The nozzle is actuated by a directional control valve mounted on the pump. It is installed in the bottom section of the tank.


EXTERNAL FILLING

The main tank and the rinsing tank can be filled externally.

The main tank is filled by a pump. Additionally, the user can also opt for hydrant filling (optional equipment).

Thanks to the control panel, the boom set can be controlled from the tractor cab. It is operated by tractor hydraulics.

The hydraulic system is used to control lifting, levelling or terrain following and simultaneous or individual opening of the left or the right boom.

AG-TRONIK 14 SPRAYING COMPUTER

AG-TRONIK is a modern computer manufactured by Agromehanika, which is used for monitoring and automatic adjustment of spray volume per hectare. It makes the spraying process easier, more accurate and more efficient.

  • Thanks to AG-TRONIK, the user’s attention can really be focused on driving.
  • Monitoring and automatic adjustment of dosage per hectare are controlled by a flow pressure regulator and a speed sensor.
  • It is controlled from the tractor cab.
  • It can be operated automatically or manually. Spraying is controlled by electric motors.
  • All important data is simultaneously displayed on the main screen.
  • A number of parameters can be adjusted according to user requirements.
  • The spraying data can be saved or transferred to PC's, laptops and tablets by using an SD card.
  • The system can be connected to GPS navigation.


ELECTRIC REMOTE CONTROL PR10 ECF

Agromehanika PR10 ECF is a modern electric remote control that enables pressure and spraying sections to be controlled from the tractor cab. Optionally, the user can also select valves with “fine” pressure adjustment (uniform pressure regulation in the active spraying sections).

The operator is able to monitor the pressure and individual spraying sections. PR10 ECF is controlled by electric motors.


ELECTROMECHANICAL PRESSURE REGULATOR PR 3 ECF

With this regulator, individual spraying sections are controlled by manual valves. Solenoid valves are designed for pressure adjustment and opening/closing of the main valve.

Manual valves provide the option of precise pressure adjustment (equal pressure adjustment of active spraying sections). The pressure regulator is also equipped with a self-cleaning pressure filter for additional cleaning of the spray before entering the nozzles.

 


MECHANICAL PRESSURE REGULATOR PR 3 BF

Agromehanika PR 3 BF pressure regulator ensures reliable and accurate spraying. This regulator is controlled by manual valves.

Manual valves provide the option of precise pressure adjustment (equal pressure adjustment of active spraying sections). The pressure regulator is also equipped with a self-cleaning pressure filter for additional cleaning of the spray before entering the nozzles.

SUCTION FILTER

The suction filter is used for spray filtration. In addition, it also removes larger particles from the spray that could cause problems during spraying.

The suction filter is installed between the main tank and the pump.

The filter insert features a density of 50 MESH.

It is recommended to clean the suction filter before each filling of the main tank.


SELF-CLEANING PRESSURE FILTER

The self-cleaning pressure filter provides additional filtration of the spray before it enters the nozzles and allows uninterrupted spraying.

It is located on the sprayer's pressure regulator.

The filter insert features a density of 50 MESH.

The pressure filter should be thoroughly cleaned after spraying.


NOZZLE FOR INTERIOR CLEANING OF THE MAIN TANK

The nozzle is designed for cleaning the interior surface of the main tank after spraying. It further removes any spray residues, thus contributing to cost-effective spraying and environmental protection.

The nozzle is installed inside the main tank.

It is actuated by a directional control valve mounted on the regulator.

Clean water is pumped from the rinsing tank.


GPS NAVIGATION

In combination with AG-TRONIK 14 spraying computer, the G7 Farmnavigator navigation system ensures controlled and accurate spraying, while the user can entirely focus on driving. It saves time and spray costs.

The GPS navigation system detects:

  • intermediate routes where spraying has already been completed,
  • driving outside the boundaries of the marked surface,
  • arrival to final destination.

The GPS navigation system ensures:

  • automatic opening and closing of the spraying sections,
  • spraying at night,
  • data storage.

FILLING TANK WITH A CONTAINER RINSING NOZZLE

It is designed for thorough mixing and pumping the spray into the main tank.

There is a container rinsing nozzle installed inside the filling tank.

The capacity of the tank is 30 l.


MRX BOOM SETS WITH HYDRAULIC LIFTING AND LEVELLING

Hydraulic lifting and levelling (terrain following) facilitate spraying operations by enabling boom set control and adjustment from the tractor cab during spraying. This saves the operator’s time and improves spraying quality.

Hydraulic lifting and levelling systems are highly recommended for uneven or sloping terrains. Furthermore, the operating speed of the built-in cylinders is also adjustable. The hydraulic lift cylinder is a single-action type. A double locking valve ensures safety by preventing the boom set from dropping suddenly if the hose is broken. This boom set is also equipped with a double-acting hydraulic levelling cylinder.


BOOM SETS WITH PNEUMATIC SUSPENSION

Pneumatic vertical suspension provides additional protection against damages to the spray boom set when spraying at higher speeds or on uneven terrains. This type of suspension is only available in combination with hydraulic lifting of the boom set.

The vertical suspension system consists of two air bellows and an inflation valve. The bellows are filled with high-pressure compressed air.


SIGNAL LIGHTS

For safe driving on public roads in reduced visibility conditions.

The sprayer is equipped with two reflective boards, rear lights with a reflective triangle and two white reflectors installed on the boom set.


MAIN TANK FILLING

The main tank can be filled quickly and easily from a hydrant using a hose with a diameter of 50 mm.

The non-return valve keeps the spray from spilling from the tank.

The float valve mechanism installed on the main lid allows air to escape to prevent damages to the main tank during external filling.

CONTAINER AND STRAINER WASHING

If the user decides not to use a filling tank, we recommend installing the container and strainer washing system under the lid of the main tank. This system eliminates chemical residues from the container and the strainer, preventing environmental pollution.

The system consists of two nozzles controlled by a directional control valve mounted on the pressure regulator. Pressurising these nozzles releases liquid (clean water from the rinsing tank) that washes both the tank and the strainer.


LECHLER NOZZLE INSERTS

The German manufacturer Lechler ranks among the Europe's leading manufacturer of nozzles for agricultural applications. The Lechler nozzles follow the latest trends in agriculture, enabling efficient and accurate spraying.

A wide range of available nozzles according to plant varieties, materials and standards. Modern nozzles for reducing the “drift” effect (off-target spray diffusion).

Lechler products have been tested and certified by the German Federal Research Centre for Cultivated Plants JKI (www.jki.bund.de).


SUCTION BASKET

The suction basket is designed for pumping water from ponds, streams and wells.

Water is pumped into the main tank through the filter, the pump and the regulator.

The suction basket is easily attached using the bayonet fitting under the main tank.

MARKER

The foam marker is used to mark the boundaries of surfaces that have already been treated. This enables the operator to identify and distinguish between treated and untreated areas.

Foam balls with a diameter of 10 to 20 cm form a line that marks the edge of the treated area. Depending on the marker's adjustment, the border is marked every 5–20 seconds.


Ø 100 MANOMETER

The Ø100 manometer is much larger than conventional manometers, enabling the operator to read the pressure faster and from a greater distance.
